A large notice board on display in the Great Hall. On it, students can post anything they like, whether it be a joke, a crush, a rumor, a lie... but news gets around Hogwarts fast. Make sure no one posts anything about you... or you'll have a hard time living it down.
Simply create a topic with the subject of your post, and post a quick note.
